Capitalism often says get more get more get more, but this young man said no, be better, be better, be better. He says he's a newer supervisor but his wisdom in customer service deserves recognition. It was the right thing to do and he should be commended. @StarbucksCare

I'm at @starbucks on Camp Creek Parkway in Atlanta and I just want to commend the new supervisor for making the tough call to close the inside of the store and do drive thru only while he is short staffed to ensure that the customers he can serve get the best possible service.
