Want to call out the Key Remarks section in Chapter 5- it’s important we accommodate additional reasons for treatment that a patient may want (prevent transmission, reducing risk of cancer or fibrosis, higher risk of infection- sex or household contacts, stigma, etc)
We focused on how expanded treatment could improve the lives of people #HBV.
@thatliverguy talked about the many concerns people have re: relationships, transmissibility, cancer.
And the big question, how do we empower & train up primary care?? 👨⚕️👨⚕️

@dai_le@WestmeadInst Thanks for being so generous with your time, @dai_le! It was so wonderful to meet someone I admire so much. I'd love to come down and promote more awareness of Hep B in the Fowler community any time (and maybe get some great Phở)
