Bank employees sacrifice their weekends for the industry, yet the Government fails to deliver on its promises; this must not continue. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/VjAlz9O02B
Thank you PM for NOT firing Pradhan ji two weeks ago.
It gave us enough time for:
1. The end of godi media
2. A million funny memes
3. A thousand pictures of courage
4. The rise of a dozen new young political leaders
5. “56 inch ka chhota bandar”
Students not being allowed to appear for exam for arriving late by a few minutes.
But Dharmendra Pradhan can continue as education minister despite the death of more than 16 students because of paper-leak
Hon’ble FM Nirmala Sitharaman has clearly said banks must focus on core banking and curb mis-selling
Banks are meant for deposit mobilisation & lending not aggressive insurance pushing
Time to realign priorities and protect customer trust 🇮🇳 @DFS_India@aiboc_in@nilesh_pawar15
💔 Another Banker Lost. Another Silence. Another System Failure.
Avinash Jain, just 35. Assistant Manager, @TheOfficialSBI. A husband. A son. A brother.
Today, he is no more.
Crushed between management pressure and personal expectations, trapped from both sides, his mind finally gave up. When targets become threats, when empathy is replaced by emails, reviews, and humiliation, human beings stop being human. They become numbers.
This is the 3rd banker we have lost in 2026. We know their names. We know their faces. But the system that broke them remains untouched.
A banker is expected to deliver endlessly, absorb abuse silently, and still smile at counters and meetings. No space to breathe. No space to fail. No space to say “I can’t anymore.”
Avinash even apologised in his last note.
Imagine that a broken man still saying sorry.
This is not weakness.
This is institutional exploitation.
This is mental harassment.
This is a silent epidemic.
How many more funerals before accountability begins?
How many more families before humanity returns to banking?
Rest in peace, Avinash.
Your life mattered.
Your pain was real.
And this system must answer.

🚨 THREATS, FEAR & INSURANCE LOOT IN RAJASTHAN GRAMIN BANK 🚨
Attached screenshots show daily threatening messages being received by staff in the Alwar region of @RajasthanGB
RM, Alwar #HITESH_RAJPUROHIT is terrorising branch staffs every day only for one purpose: forcing SBI Life insurance business at any cost.
Staff allege:
▪️ Open threats
▪️ Verbal abuse
▪️ Punishment for resistance
▪️ Fear-driven working conditions
This is not target pressure. This is workplace intimidation. Such behaviour does not originate at RM level alone.
The real mastermind behind this #insurance_loot is #Mukesh_Bhartiya, from where this pressure is allegedly flowing downward turning RMs into enforcers and staff into victims.
#RGB is a public institution meant for rural service, not a private sales outlet for SBI Life.
When insurance is pushed through threats, it becomes INSURANCE TERRORISM.
If even one staff member breaks under this pressure, the responsibility will lie:
▪️ first with Chairman Mukesh Bhartiya
▪️ and with those executing these threats on the ground
Immediate intervention by @DFS_India, @NABARDOnline, @RBI@FinMinIndia
Stop forced insurance & Fix responsibility at the top, not on victims
Public banks are not for sale.
Rural staff are not targets.
End this now.
