What is going on with @NHSBartsHealth at it’s Royal London Hospital? A literal 10 second Initial Assessment from the Assessor in A&E and immediately dispatched to a Local GP. Yet that very same GP is querying to be referred back to Royal London Hospital…

C’mon now… Do better.

There seems to be a bit of an issue surrounding communication and what is and isn’t legal…

There is a Service that Transport For London provides called Passenger Assist that allows the person to book assistance in advance of a Journey taking place on the Network but this is an Optional Service and isn’t something that is required. It isn’t well advertised so Staff do often carry information to give to customers to inform them of the service so that they can make an informed decision prior to leaving Home for that Journey. Or as there always has been is a Turn Up And Go method of doing things but you just need to make sure that Station Staff communicate with each other and that Train Operators know that are onboard the Train Service and don’t forget about you which does happen unfortunately.

Please don’t attack the TFL Onboard Staff as it sounds like they were being genuinely helpful in this case.

Hi, I can assure you that once the Clinicians at Broadmoor Hospital get hold of him, he will start the process of Begging to return back to Prison. I will tell you for an absolute fact that every single step of his day will be an absolute living hell. Also, bear in mind the Patients he is going to be staying with will not like him at all so all in all it won’t be a fun experience for him at all.
