@SwiggyCares So you mean to say so far you guys were not checking your dispatches?
Food safety norms are not being followed at Swiggy? Now, once I share my details you'll check them?
How can one of your employee actually pack this and send it to a customer?
Can u care to explain?

Karnataka has banned manufacture, storage, distribution, transportation and sale of analogue/non-dairy paneer sold as 'Paneer' across the state for one year from August 17, 2026.
Food Safety Department said paneer must be made from milk & non-dairy ingredients cannot replace milk fat or solids. The ban does not cover standardised products such as frozen desserts, processed cheese and mixed fat spread. @DHFWKA
I don’t think in any other country in this world parents are so adamant and against protein intake of their kids. Very weird anti protein obsession. Anyway, kids please start revolting. You understand nutrition better than your boomers. Revolt. Force. Fight.
You don't need a gym.
You need Dumbbells and a system.
I'm a professional athlete. I've built and maintained elite strength with nothing but dumbbells more times than I can count.
Here's 48 exercises, every muscle group covered:
Which is the best protein food item as per the value it provides and the calories in it. Yes a person who burns and is very active can easily eat dal as his protein source, but you my man who is working in IT can't. What all sources do you use here? My favourite ones are low fat paneer and whey isolate.
Imagine, the entire year you never rose your heart rate above 120 and in garba you ended up dancing at 165-180 beats per minute non stop for hours, and to add, the humidity + dehydration - a perfect recipe for probable heart attack.
If you are planning to take part and dance in Garba this Navratri, this post is for you. Every year there are cases of heart attacks during garba, you can search online. But why does it happen and what can you do to avoid it?
Read it carefully and follow step by step.
> Garba starts around in around 8 weeks from today. If you never did any HIIT exercise, start practicing it today, runs, jogs or dance at slow pace and then increase gradually.
> Get 2d echo test done.
> Get Treadmill stress test done.
> Get lipid profile, Lp(a), hba1c also done. (this is available on my app, the pfc club)
> Drop excess weight, you can drop upto 6kg easily in next 8 weeks
Otherwise, you will end up risking your life unnecessarily. Garba is a very HIIT activity and you must be ready for you. Don't do it all of sudden.
And if you think or feel this is some anti hindu post, please add mental health checkup as well to the list.
Karnataka FDA Rolls Out QR Code Complaint System
Bengaluru
In a bid to strengthen citizen participation and ensure transparency, the #Karnataka Department of #FoodSafety and Drugs Administration, in collaboration with the Centre for e-Governance (CeG), has launched a QR Code-Based Complaint Management System (IPGRS).
The initiative provides consumers with a direct, accessible channel to raise grievances related to drug safety and food hygiene. By scanning a QR code, citizens can instantly register complaints, track their status, and enable swift regulatory response.
Key Complaint Categories
1. Drug Safety: Adverse drug reactions, expired medicines, overpricing, and pharmacy service grievances.
2. Food Safety: Issues with hotels, restaurants, street vendors, poor hygiene, artificial colours in food, and service-related concerns.
Officials said the system will streamline grievance redressal, improve monitoring and empower designated officers to take timely action. The department believes the digital tool will enhance public trust and make regulatory processes more transparent.
@utkhader@DHFWKA
After raids on 5 star hotels, restaurants and food chains, Karnataka Health dept has now launched a QR code to file complaints about unhygienic food and conditions in restuarants etc. Consumers can instantly file a complaint using this.
Absolutely shameful.
Greed is taking over this country, irrespective of the governments.
They don't build roads, people are dying like d0gs on their way to work, and now they want to charge for parking on those sh!t roads.
Amazing!
If you live in Bengaluru and are parking ur car on the street, you may soon have to cough-up upto 25k. The draft of the GBA Parking Rules 2026 has been notified by the Karnataka govt, public have 30 days to state their objections.
Don’t Throw Away Your Old SSD/HDD
I had a dead laptop lying around, so I took out its 500GB HDD and put it in a USB-C 3.1 enclosure worth ₹284
Now I can use it as external storage on my laptop, backup storage for my phone, or even on my TV for old movies
Spent around ₹300 and gave an old HDD a new life
If you have an old SSD/HDD lying around, get an enclosure and put it to use
@nsitharaman Make a law that MDR CANNOT be passed to the customers! Otherwise, this is an absolute delulu that you're living in, thinking that customers won't have to pay this!
Shameful on Government's part to behave so delusional!
