TEL V3 is now deployed on Ethereum, Base and Polygon mainnet at the same address. The PR explicitly says this was done ahead of the migration launch “in a few weeks.” The bridge and migration infrastructure are not activated yet. https://t.co/ey2MNOktO7

They are rebuilding staking/rewards for V3. The current TAN issuance code does not work with V3 as-is, so they are migrating it to the new sTEL staking system, preserving historical rewards and supporting either ERC-20 TEL or native TEL on Telcoin Network. https://t.co/4tdSLQ4ssM

Mainnet network configs are actively being regenerated. On August 17 they updated the actual Telcoin Network mainnet genesis/committee configuration to match the latest consensus contracts. The validator identities in those files are still placeholders until the real mainnet genesis ceremony. https://t.co/gDVk16FQmZ

Consensus/validator code is getting final hardening. Recent fixes deal with validator staking, slashing edge cases, reward claiming and epoch transitions. This is boring work, but it is the kind of work you do when the architecture is largely finished and you are trying to make it survive production. https://t.co/gDVk16FQmZ

Native TEL itself is being implemented at protocol level. Telcoin Network has a dedicated TEL precompile rather than treating TEL as an ordinary ERC-20. Recent work is tightening how native TEL can be sent/burned so wallets or contracts cannot accidentally strand TEL. https://t.co/RCziJnW0Ht

The V3 migration is preserving the existing economic system rather than resetting it. Their live Polygon dry run reconciled 1,150 addresses and 87.6M TEL of historical rewards, so those reward histories can carry into the new staking architecture. https://t.co/4tdSLQ4ssM

Telcoin Network itself is very active right now. The Association GitHub shows telcoin-network, tn-roadmap, telcoin-explorer, tel-v3, and tn-contracts all updated August 17–18. https://t.co/u9ieSnGIKA

They're doing three things at once:
1. Deploying the new TEL token.
2. Rewiring staking, rewards and AmirX around it.
3. Finalizing Telcoin Network's mainnet consensus/genesis infrastructure.
