Hon. David Bernhard presently serving as a circuit court judge in Fairfax County was elected to fill a vacancy on Virginia’s Court of Appeals, beginning January 1st.
Judge-Elect Kiah D. Spinks was elected to fill a vacancy in Prince William County’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, beginning July 1st.
