Do you know why we use egg whites in some of our drinks?

When shaken in for a drink, the egg whites give the drink a white, creamy, and foamy head on the drink!

On our current cocktail menu, you can find this method on the Strength of a Hurricane!

We use a simple seasoning of salt and pepper on our ribeyes! Our Grilled Bittner's Meat Locker Ribeye comes with balsamic, carrots, carrot reduction, and wilted greens!
