@JohnLewisRetail shocking customer service regarding a Xmas tree I bought last year. Ends of branches starting to fall off and being told you don’t have any warranty on it and you do not conform to consumer rights!! Very surprised how poor ur advisor was!!

@virginmedia I have still not had a call back I was due at 11Am and your dm support has been worse than poor… nothing resolved and customer service shocking.. you have spent more time asking me security questions than contacting me.. I should have moved to @SkyUK

@virginmedia I was told on my 3rd call last night that I would be called back at 11am today… it is now 11:23 and no call back…. This is disgraceful and all I can assume is you are ignoring me and fobbing me off….

@virginmedia I have to say your customer services is shocking, inconsistent and when cut off no call back… utter disgrace!!! I would like a way of making a formal complaint as this was brushed over when speaking to your team!!!

@virginmedia I have sent you the private message… I don’t know how it is I upgrade my bandwidth package and reduced house coverage than I had before… I think this is a ploy to have me purchase this bolt package…. Very poor
