@LouRovegno @PantsuitPolitic That theory has merit! Everything is more challenging with a family of 5+. Dining out, travel (hotels to rental cars, air travel, etc) even finding a house that fits everyone. Doesn’t mean we can’t do it, but I can see why families would hesitate before having more kids

@today_explained @imillhiser Not excusing this decision, bc it is definitely an incorrect one - but the AL primaries are in May, so that may have been the time frame that Kavanaugh was considering? Qualification deadlines are then in early March which could be cutting it close.
