People that miscalculate and cause harm essentially by accident can be rehabilitated. A guy who learns he raped a girl because he misinterpreted consent can be rehabilitated.

People who stick their dicks in kids on purpose without fear of recourse cannot be rehabilitated. They will pretend to be rehabilitated but these people are like schizophrenics in that they have no control over important faculties. That’s why they do what they do.
