This has happened at least four times last year (and not to mention the weeks of disruption because of industrial action). I haven’t highlighted this to @StagecoachWScot or @southayrshire until now. I’m pleased to hear that it won’t happen again.

@StagecoachWScot @southayrshire @StagecoachSW Thanks for your reply @StagecoachWScot , unfortunately this not uncommon on this route, and it’s not good enough for the first day first year pupils. I believe we can claim for the cost of taxis to school if this happens in future so that’s what we’ll do.
