Just remembered this moment from 3 years ago where Max expressed his concerns about the 2026 regulations, fascinating to hear this considering what we've seen this weekend
@LandoNorris - Last race of the season, title decider, Oscar’s leading, he has a slow pitstop which gives you the lead and opportunity to win the championship. Do you give the position back?

So essentially, if you prepared for the rain you’re punished for it because they’re just waiting for drying conditions
If you set up for the dry, you get to dodge the bullet it seems.
@SkySportsF1@F1@CroftyF1 - when was the last time the full wets were actually used by most of the grid? It does feel like they’re completely pointless now.
@lewsarchive@SkySportsF1 Lewis’ fans always give him praise when he does well and blame the team when he doesn’t… The man’s human and the fanbase believe he’s never made a mistake, it’s crazy 😂
@mweis200@twintaetwes@Barroughes @simsgazette I actually completely agree with this. I’m not saying Ferrari were perfect, but (for Lewis) they were better than probably 80-90% of the rest! When Lewis takes control and says “pit me now/leave me out” he’s given all the praise. When he doesn’t it’s the teams fault.
@Block20Gooner@F1@CroftyF1 The problem is, if anyone went to wets, they know that @F1 will halt it before they gain any advantage from them. They need to stop halting it so that there’s some advantage to using the wets 🤷🏻♂️
Race halted before wet tyres AGAIN.
@F1 - if the teams decide it’s safe enough to keep their inters on, why don’t we just let them race? If they crash it’s their own fault for not switching.
