And subsequently comment banned

Right as I was being deployed to NYSC camp

So for the past few months I basically fell off the grid completely

No posts, no DMs, no nothing

Just disappeared

But here’s what that time gave me

Clarity

I’ve been thinking hard about how I want to show up on here going forward

And I’m done trying to position myself as someone who has it all figured out

Because I don’t

I’m just a guy from Nigeria who figured out VA work by accident

And is now trying to build a VA and automation agency from the ground up

So that’s what this account is going to be

The honest build

No filter, no highlight reel

Hiring a VA might actually be hurting your business

I’m a VA saying this

Here’s what I’ve seen up close

Most business owners hire a VA before they even know what they need done

So what happens?

They hand off tasks randomly

No process, no clarity, no direction

And then wonder why nothing improved
