@WestJet@WestJet - I submitted a delayed baggage claim for my 3 pieces of luggage (2 suitcases, 1 stroller)…at midnight one suitcase was delivered. 1 down 2 to go, I guess? Reminder: all luggage was on the same, direct, domestic flight.
1.5hrs and counting waiting for bags (including my son’s stroller) from a direct domestic flight from Hfx -> TO. The righteously rude attendant at the baggage desk was the cherry on top. @WestJet@TorontoPearson, how? Direct flight…where does the luggage even get lost?!

Been on hold with @WestJet for >3hrs with next avail call-back option IN A WEEK. Need to change a flight urgently and can’t do it online. Fully respect these are trying times but it is literally impossible to be a satisfied customer right now.
