@knmanzi @pc_optimum Will do if anyone would ever call or Email me I just continue to spend hours on hold waiting for someone to say someone will call u in 24-36 hrs or 3-4 biz days - I reminded them yesterday it’s over 9 biz days … I am shocked & disgusted at the lack of customer service

@pc_optimum my optimum points account has apparently been frozen!! and as others do I save pts for holiday spending every yr for Black Friday event after 2hrs on phone and again hour today no one can help or escalate-I have a case ID but nothing the event ends today!!!
