@yyellowbird @pc_optimum Experiencing same issue. On my 3rd call with customer service, now waiting 1 hr & 40 minutes for a rep. Your system is clearly unable to deal with these issues. Once I get my points restored I will be redeeming and then cutting up my card. This is not acceptable.
