@markmilo1115 @ThreeFDDI @LearningatCisco The first extension was due to lab closures already happening in shanghai & hong kong. I even had a lab scheduled 2/15 in Hong Kong. As conditions have worsened around the world, however, this policy has been reversed - no more extensions.

@davidsamuelps @HugOfThunder Shopping on Amazon now, and throwing them in the backpack/suitcase for travel is next level, good idea. Even if you can’t do a full workout somewhere, if anything those bands can help you stay loose at least.

@davidsamuelps @HugOfThunder Good idea, I should go ahead and buy some of those bands. We use them a lot in Crossfit to stretch and to augment certain movements. I wouldn’t imagine they cost too much.
