It will be very difficult to select one particular person given that there’s no set out criteria. People like El-Rufai, Ngozi, Amaechi, Fashola, Adesina etc. have performed well in recent history. But I don’t think there is a particular criteria to rank them as best since 1999.

It is insane! Attempts to explain it even more. There is no justification for cost of fuel - and power - to be as high as it is. It's not due to any economic or technical factors; it is so because the country has been governed very poorly. No statements can gloss over this fact.
