@Wambuijustina King of Hyenas: (gasping for air in anger) What's his name again? Wa... Wajoka?
Hyena's Head of Intelligence: (while standing up) Wajackojah, Your Majesty.
King of Hyenas: (loudly to all hyenas) Prepare, we attack at dawn.
@PKimatia@MuliFrank@ticha_bryan@kafangi Hapana bro. I have explained this very simply. Ask around and also consult our constitution. The 25% in at least 24 counties is a second threshold for anyone to win.
@MuliFrank@PKimatia@ticha_bryan@kafangi Let me illustrate. Assume we have 3 candidates. Votes cast = 4M. For one to win, they must garner 50% of the votes cast, (which is 2M). But for them to qualify as winner under our constitution, they would need one more vote. Just one. That's now 2M +1 => (2,000,001 votes).
@PKimatia@ticha_bryan@kafangi The 25% in more than half of counties is correct, but that is not where the +1 vote comes from. 50%+1 simply means the winner must garner more than half of the votes cast. That is a minimum of 50% (which is half of those votes) and at least one more additional vote. That's it.
@Muyiiwaa@ambigfish@otienofw I'd give it a 6.5/10. I do t like how the authors made the protagonist weak despite him being a genius. Wendy controls everything and is very disrespect to the guy. Didn't like that part. But it's a good show.
