Can't blame you. At the end of the day we each have to make the choices that we're most comfortable with. People judging you aren't in your shoes and don't interpret things with the knowledge, bias, or personal experiences that drive your interpretations.

I got into Cardano because of CH, and he's the reason I'm no longer happy to be in it. What's left of my ADA bags isn't worth selling and I've moved almost all of it to @IagonOfficial and @Titans_Depin anyway.

The difference is sovereignty.

An EU-style arrangement is a partnership between independent countries that retain their own governments, constitutions, citizenship, and national identities.

Becoming the 51st state means Canada ceases to exist as a sovereign country and becomes a subdivision of the United States.

One is integration. The other is absorption.

If the US propositions were less predatory, I'd be much more open to them.
