When Flowers Faced the Guns
They walked with flowers in their hands,
and books pressed close to their hearts,
the children of tomorrow marching forward,
carrying dreams instead of weapons.
Their voices were not made of anger,
their footsteps were not made of hate,
they came with questions and hope,
standing at the doors of their fate.
But beneath the shadow of Parliament,
where the voice of people should rise,
the youth saw the cold face of power,
and tears filled their hopeful eyes.
Oh BJP government, history watches closely,
for a nation remembers every scar,
when young hearts came seeking answers,
and faced the fear of a stronger arm.
What is more dangerous to a government —
a gun in the hands of the powerful,
or a book in the hands of a young dreamer?
A flower that asks for justice,
or a voice that refuses to disappear?
The youth are the fire of a country,
the rivers that carry tomorrow’s dreams.
You may block their roads for a moment,
but you cannot silence their streams.
One day the pages of history will open,
and the truth will write its own name:
Those who stood with flowers and books
will be remembered with honor,
and those who answered hope with force
will face history’s question of shame.
Because a nation is not built by fear,
it is built by courage and care —
and the dreams of its young people
are the light no power can tear.
