I am really fed up of following up for the same product with repeated issues.

@ORRAJewellery @ORRAJewellery Recently I spoke to customer care guy, and he said we will replace the diamonds but cannot assure if the diamonds will fell off again or not. We can’t process the refund as well , he added.

Now I need refund as this is a pure quality issue.

I have booked a round trip from Jaipur to London including cabin and checked in lugg, but in the ticket it shows only cabin lugg, and I had to pay for the checked in luggage >₹50,000. I’ve also raised a complaint with Id 23705920
