23:31 to 23:37 - Henry Nowak is stabbed by Vickram Digwa. Neighbors call the police. Henry is restrained by the Digwa family while he bleeds out. Vickram's mother hides the knife, and Henry's phone is stolen.

23:37:07 - Bodycam footage starts
23:37:58 - Henry notifies officer that he has been stabbed
23:38:04 - Says again that he has been stabbed and can't breathe
23:38:11 - Henry asks the officers to call an ambulance
23:38:15 - Cop asks Henry what happened to him, Henry replied that he had been stabbed
23:38:18 - Cop acknowledges Henry, replies he doesn't think he has been stabbed. "I don't think you have mate"
23:28:22 - Officers begin to handcuff Henry
23:38:30 - "I can't breathe"
23:38:37 - "I can't breathe"
23:38:48 - "Can't breathe
23:38:53 - Cop acknowledges he says he has been stabbed, Digwa family denies this on camera.
23:38:57 - Female cop asks male officer "We have to check" (Henry), male officer replies "No"
23:39:07 - Henry says he can't breathe
23:39:23 - Henry becomes unresponsive as the male officer cautions him (reading UK equivalent Miranda rights)
23:39:51 - Female officer calls for ambulance, no mention to dispatch that Henry has been stabbed
23:40:00 - Other female officer notices unresponsive pupils

At a minimum, Henry told the officers that he was stabbed at least 3 times. Henry told them that he could not breathe at least 5 times. He also asked them to call an ambulance. These numbers do not include the times where Henry was clearly trying to speak and was struggling to.

It took the police nearly 3 minutes to call an ambulance, and no medical aid was rendered to him before he became unresponsive.

Henry Nowak was pronounced dead at 00:37
