@chilternrailway The staff were silent, to an extent that people broke through barriers as they were announcing trains boarding. As my journey is delayed by 30 mins as I couldn’t get on 1107 - how do I get my money back?

@chilternrailway You poor staff have no information about the trains, people are forcing the barriers down and nobody is clearly directing the crowds either in or out of the barriers. To be quite honest it’s dangerous. Someone needs to take charge and trains must be held to take the people.
