Spider DAO info:

First, ALL submissions will be minted as NFTs and will be included in the very first Spider DAO NFT mint (pending artist permission).

We will sell 5 copies of each NFT for 0.5 ICP each. The ~175 ICP from proceeds will go entirely into the Spider DAO treasury

Again, all proceeds from future NFT collections will go straight into the Spider DAO treasury, and all secondary creator fees go to DAO treasury.

Spider DAO members can vote to use treasury funds to commission design work, developer work, or other work as needed by the DAO.

This is the greatest legal analysis I've ever seen on how to appropriately create a DAO in our current legal and regulatory environment

Spider DAO may end up being an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (UNA). Still TBD (hoping for more info soon) but looks very promising
