@Ryanair 2h delay on the 19:20 Stansted–Sofia (crew change, plane was already there) and we board to THIS — filthy cabin, clearly not cleaned. Already itching in my seat. Disgraceful service. Video attached.

@WestMidRailway Thanks Ben, but that doesn’t explain why WMR still runs dangerously overcrowded trains rather than arranging alternatives or limiting boarding. Passenger safety should come before cramming everyone in. What’s the policy here?

@WestMidRailway Paid \~£50 for a return today, only to have a cancellation, overcrowded train, and conditions so bad I couldn’t even reach the toilet. Totally unacceptable, utterly appalling service from Crewe to London
