#Detroit, Ferry & St Antoine, ca. 1940-2017. This house was built in 1880 as a high end residence. It was later subdivided, and in the '30's & '40's was home to the Grand Central Hotel, which was basically a low rent rooming house. The house sold for $110K in 2015.
