Here I'll make this more concise for you: You're not taking our guns.
@PopularLiberty_ I will also say that I am referring to the paleo strategy broadly, rather than the Anti Tax specifically. After all, it didn't work for Rothbard *that* much better than when he tried to cozy up with leftists.
My apolpgies if I was unclear.
@PopularLiberty_ My problem with the feudalist example is precisely due to my understanding of DTGTF: Democracy encourages high time preference, and we're much closer to pure democracy now than we were even in the era of the Jacksonians. Do you think this will be so persuasive now?
Big reason I don't think BTC is an op by the regime: I don't believe the regime can wrap its head around the principles of Austrian economics well enough to produce such a convincing "trap".
@PopularLiberty_ What leads you to suspect this will work better for you now than it did in Rothbard's day?
This is not an endorsement of the LP strategy over the paleo strategy. I know this may be too complicated to answer on Twitter, but I'm curious.
