Why do women hate Sydney Sweeney but love Sabrina Carpenter?
One is for the girls, the other is for the boys.
It's fascinating how much this is women policing the behaviour and body of someone who could have been standing for their cause.

Rob Lowe joins Rich Eisen in-studio where he reveals who won when he boxed Tom Cruise while on location filming The Outsiders.
So crazy to think they all are friends and have known each other that long. Tom staying at Emilio's, must be close with Charlie and Martin Sheen. The 80s were the best. Rob is a great story teller; he is so detailed that he brings you into the moments like you are there experiencing it when it happened. via @RichEisenShow
.@danawhite says one of the keys to longevity is to block out all negativity:
“There's this Bruce Lee quote where he says, ‘Never say negative things about yourself or what you're working on even if you're joking, because your body doesn't know the difference.’”
“I never take in any negativity.
“It never even crosses my mind that something's not going to work. I just keep going until it does work.”
“The evidence for Noah’s Ark is getting a little overwhelming.”
This independent researcher just blew Joe Rogan’s mind.
Tyler Engle broke down bombshell new radar scans from Mount Ararat.
“The Noah’s Ark location.”
Bookmark this.
“How much more evidence do we need?”
“They got a new little drone … using the same technology that they used to find the Hawara Labyrinth in Egypt.”
“Mount Ararat is almost 17,000 feet high.”
“Straddled by two of the saltiest lakes on Earth.”
“How did it get there?”
“Most people confuse the flood with the Younger Dryas event.”
“That is way too far back in history.”
“The nearby town of Shuruppak was buried in 50 feet of mud.”
“That mud was dated very close to the mud that is covering this structure.”
“Shuruppak … is where Noah was from.”
“The ancient Sumerians called Noah Ziusudra, the last king on the Sumerian King’s List before the flood.”
“These guys were a megalithic culture.”
“They could work really big, really hard rocks.”
“And right by the site of this ark … are called drogue stones.”
“Anchor stones.”
“They would … suspend them off of the boat to keep it stable in rocky water or anchored.”
“Noah’s Ark … was the largest ship ever built.”
“And meant only to survive this one event.”
“Those dimensions are exceptionally close to what we see in the ground.”
Rogan: “It does seem like there was … probably multiple events throughout history.”
Engle: “That one’s well documented.”
Rogan: “The flood?”
Engle: “The one in Turkey was 3,000 BC or so … there was multiple.”
“That whole region … has flood evidence.”
Rogan: “So most likely, it was probably a semi-local event, like contained to Turkey.”
“And it’s wiped out.”
“The question is, was it a real event?”
“And if it was … how the hell did this Noah guy know it was coming?”

My favorite Michael Jordan quote:
"Work ethic eliminates fear."
When you can look at the man in the mirror and know that you didn't cut corners, you spoke the truth, you've done the preparation, and you've lived in integrity with your chosen values, you are unfazed by anything in the external world, because you lived up to your own standard.
One of the great lessons of adulthood is accepting that life isn't always fair.
Sometimes the undeserving get the promotion. Sometimes the person you love doesn't love you back. Sometimes good people die far too young. Sometimes you'll do everything right and will still lose.
None of us gets through life untouched by sorrow. Our character is measured less by what happens to us than by how we respond.
Find gratitude. Find purpose. Find joy. Then become a source of those things for others.
Life is too short to live any other way.

Put yourself in situations where you have too much at stake to waste time or resources - if you cannot afford to lose, you won’t.
Place yourself on “death ground,” where your back is against the wall and you have to fight like hell to get out alive.
A reminder from Atomic Habits by James Clear:
“When you fall in love with the process rather than the product, you don't have to wait to give yourself permission to be happy. You can be satisfied anytime your system is running.”
