My fear 10 years ago is the same as it is today.

2) You can always improve.
I struggled so much with this early in my career.
Don't sit on your hands knowing what you want to be doing.
Quit learning.
Quit solving problems you probably will never have.
Quit waiting for some external "go get it, tiger."
Just start.
When you start doing something new, youโre likely not going to be the best.
In fact, any time you start something new, youโll likely be terrible at it.
And that's totally okay!
