Currently on scene alongside @Ldn_Ambulance following a one vehicle collision on the #A12, Eastbound from the Eastway Tunnel in @MPSHackney. Lane one remains closed after slippery conditions resulted in this driver spinning out of control into the wall of the tunnel.

Officers from #EastRPT intercepted this vehicle today in @MPSTowerHam following intel it may contain a wanted male. Once stopped, the Driver was found to be wanted for sentencing by European police for serious driving offences. Now in our custody after three years of hiding #B2

Whilst patrolling @MPSHackney yesterday this van triggered my in vehicle cameras. After a few checks and assurance from the driver, it was confirmed to have no insurance in place. Driver reported - and now facing a #Disqualification for totting up - and vehicle #Seized

Last night was spent deployed with @MPSHavering #HJTF & #STT and @MetTaskforce targeting Violent crime in East Area BCU. This #P2W was spotted with 3 people on board! Utilising the unmarked, a discreet follow resulted in 3 arrested, weapons found and a stolen bike recovered.

#EastRPT officers using their copper’s 👃🏾uncovered vehicle chop shop 🚘 🛠 @MPSBarkDag. 2 intact Range Rovers & parts/paperwork for 4 others recovered. Investigation continues🕵🏻‍♂️ + stolen items reunited with victims.

This vehicle triggered our vehicle cameras in @MPSNewham for no insurance. On stopping it, checks revealed that the policy had expired over a year ago and wasn't renewed when brought back onto the road. A costly reminder to always ensure suitable cover is in place! @askMID

This was the scene we were met with whilst on blue lights yesterday. This was caused by motorists unnecessarily queueing for petrol. There is no shortage - there will be if people continue though! Please use common sense and see past the sensationalist and inaccurate reporting...

First call of the day was to the #M25 on @MPSHavering where a van had lost control and ended up on its side. With assistance from @NationalHways and some patience from other motorists, the vehicle was righted and awaits recovery #JobLikeNoOther

This Rangey caught my eye whilst on the #A406 in @MPSRedbridge with several tell tale signs it's ID had been altered. After a roadside exam using skills from @TrainingMPS #TTW it was ID'd as stolen and had been sold to a 3rd party. Now recovered and investigation is ongoing.

Deployed to @MPSHavering yesterday after reports of speeding on Wingletye Lane. The 1st car came back at 45mph in the 30 limit. Driver didn't realise how fast he was travelling after coming off the #A127 - a reminder to be aware of your speed when leaving a major road. #Fatal4

Good first week of the @PoliceChiefs Speed Enforcement Campaign. Various patrols across @MPSWForest @MPSRedbridge @MPSHackney and @MPSNewham have resulted in a large number of tickets issued. The fastest reported by us was 83mph in a 50mph #StandUpForSlowingDown #EastRPT

Continuing our speed enforcement on the #A12 through @MPSWForest this morning. This driver thought 74mph in a 50 was acceptable - even on a defective tyre 😡 apparently acceptable as he was running late. Reported and facing disqualification #EastRPT #StandUpForSlowingDown #Fatal4

After trying to stop this vehicle in @MPSNewham yesterday, the driver decided to make off from us. After a short pursuit he then demonstrated running skills as poor as his driving... Found to be disqualified and arrested for various offences. #Charged and #Remanded to court.

#Fatal4 enforcement patrols today around @MPSRedbridge, @MPSWForest and @MPSNewham on the #A12 and #A406. Various drivers reported for speed, careless driving and other offences. The highest so far is 80mph in a 50mph. Driver was already on 9pts and now facing disqualification 😡

Driving back to the garage following our earlier arrests and some very poor driving caught our eye in @MPSHackney. Undertaking at speed and tailgating a motorcycle is not acceptable - Reported for careless driving and now facing 3pts and fine #VisionZero
