Just a FYI for those interested, only liberal clowns care if you call us "Indians". We don't mind.
The best way to refer to us collectively is by our nation.
99% of us never gave any thought to the Redskins, and all my friends thought changing the name was the bigger slap in the face.
We don't care if hot White/Adian/Hispanic chicks dress up as NDNs. Just so long as they're hot.
We don't really care if you call us Chief, but Tonto will probably earn you a punch.
We remain the demographic that enlists in the military more than any other, but rates of domestic violence and other crimes on the reservations continue to be a major problem, indicating that maybe it's not the best way to go.
NDNs like Whites, Asians and Hispanics. We're not as relaxed around Blacks and we generally really hate [dot] Indians.
Sometimes in film and TV shows you'll see NDNs wearing what may seem like a strange mix of western and classically Native attire.
This isn't a mistake. Around the time that the first Yellowstone prequel was set, the majority of Comanche wore "mixed" White/Hispanic and Native clothing.
Interestingly, at the same time, the bulk of the Navajo were stubbornly clinging to buckskins and furs.
Just some trivia for you.
Incoming rage post. May delete later. Could use advice from fellow girl dads.
My wife homeschools. She does a great job. My girls do extra curricular activities like jiu-jitsu and other fun stuff.
Yesterday we dropped my 5 year old daughter off at some summer day camp thing for children. She's going for a few hours every day this week.
She came home telling us she had a wonderful time except for one part. Some boy kept following her around, being mean to her, and TOUCHING her butt. She told me she told him to stop and move away from him but he grabbed her and pulled her back and continued to touch her against her will. She told me she could point the boy out and described him as a little boy her size with brown skin.
Now I get to deal with the nightmare of many California parents. Some shit culture that doesn't respect women has invaded the area I reside in and has now affected my daughters life.
This is how I've chosen to handle it today.
In about 2 hours I'm dropping her off again. We will be informing the adult staff about yesterday's incident.
I told my daughter that telling the adults PROBABLY won't fix the situation. I know the kind of adults that pervades California. Weak ineffectual pathetic bottom feeders who are more concerned about social correctness than my daughters safety.
I told my daughter if that boy touches her again today after we've let the adults know that she has my permission and every right to break that little boy's arm. Keylock, kimura, arm bar. Her choice. This seemed to calm all her little fears. Shes trained for this. I'm raising my daughters to fix their own problems, not be victims. If this is the first arm she collects, so be it.

We should be taxed so little that the government is forced to account for every red cent.
We should be taxed so little that it’s nearly impossible to defraud us because every dollar must be accounted for just to keep the lights on.
The fact that we have had hundreds of billions stolen from us & no one even noticed, the fact that an obscene amount of money cannot even be accounted for, the fact that we have money for everyone under the sun, from every dark sht hole corner of the universe,
The fact that we fund foreign projects like “basket weaving for bisexuals in Bolivia”, “trans tribal tap dance in Tunisia”, that means…
WE PAY TOO MUCH
The path to launch is filled with obstacles and success is only possible through the tireless efforts of many working together towards a common goal. “Critical Path” continues the ongoing Starship series, following SpaceX engineers through the final days before launch of the first Starship V3 and the challenges that come with development of the world’s most powerful and fully reusable rocket.
@Focus_entmt Cutthroat Island - sometime around 1985. It was a text-based adventure about treasure hunting. Never did finish it; a curious premonition of my Steam account today.
