And off we go 🚀
I built Liteo CRM for businesses where the sale is only the beginning.
Most CRMs track a contact, a deal, and whether the deal closed. Liteo also remembers what the customer bought, where it was installed, and when the next refill, service, or follow-up is due.
For example, if you sell an air purifier, Liteo can keep the model, installation location, and filter replacement schedule on the customer record. When the replacement is due, Liteo reminds you and helps prepare the next deal and draft quote.
With Liteo, you can:
• Manage contacts, businesses, deals, tasks, and pipelines
• Keep products and services in one catalog
• Create quotes, invoices, receipts, and credit notes
• Track products installed at each customer site
• Schedule service and refill reminders
• Capture leads and automate deal-stage actions
• Work in the regular dashboard
• Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Codex through Liteo’s MCP server
The goal is simple: keep the first sale, the next service, and the repeat order in one place.

@josefandre_ well understood but also very competitive. fitness has been booming the past 10 years. won't be easy to get into the stores like 7/11 etc. but selling via IG or FB might work. Will probably require FDA
Andi was one of the first accounts I followed on X and from the very first second I was inspired by his work and commitment.
I had maybe 30 followers and he 9000. He was in Bangkok that time for some indie hacking adventure, and I sent him a DM mentioning that he reminds me of myself when I moved to Bangkok first and wished him all the best.
He didn’t reply, and I thought yeah this guy probably gets 100 messages a day, so I didn’t bother.
The next day I saw him on Sukhumvit by chance and yelled “yooo I know you from X” and he looked at me as I was about to rob him 😂 Big coincidence, or well maybe not because I think this whole thing is a simulation anyway.
We had a quick chat, and later he replied and left a follow. He was the first bigger account following me. And I was pretty happy about it because Andi is an inspiring connection.
Happy for his launch and the first 1k earned. Well done.
Most people read Ahrefs keyword difficulty (KD) wrong.
Green and low looks like an easy win. It often isn't.
KD only measures how many backlinks (referring domains) the top-ranking pages have. It says nothing about who owns those pages.
A DR 80 site can sit at #1 with almost no backlinks to that page, because the domain's strength carries it. The KD stays low and you still have no chance.
Instead do this:
→ Open the SERP for every keyword before I pick it
→ Check the DR of the sites in the top 5 to 10
→ Look for keywords where sites with a DR close to mine already rank
→ Skip anything where the whole top 10 is DR 60+ (when you're starting out it's out of reach, whatever the KD says)
A low KD with weak competitors is a real opportunity but low KD with strong sites on every spot is a trap
Always look at the SERP before you trust the number.
U doing this already?
Update: the loan is secured, and entrepreneurship teaches you that there are always ways if a plan doesn't work out
When I look back on the last 7 years, about 90% of my time went into solving problems:
→ Cost
→ Sales
→ Product
→ Marketing
→ Funding
Running a business feels like the floor-is-lava game. You're always building something to stay away from the lava, and when one path closes, you look for the next one.
Plan A fails a lot. You get creative and try plan B, or C
It's fascinating and stressful, and I'd never want to be employed again.
Also, thanks for all the messages I received and the help you offered. X can be the most positive place. Love this app
I was just denied a business loan of 2 million baht ($60k).
The business is healthy. The reason is a small formal error that the bank never pointed out during the application process. They said to come back in another year.
It's incredibly frustrating, because I had planned this cash to buy stock - eCom is capital intensive.
Quite a setback, and I'll have to get creative once more.
A few years ago this would have put me down for a good while. But after everything I've been through in business, it Just feels like one more hurdle to get over.
Taking today off to process it. Tomorrow I'm working on a solution full force. LFG 🚀
Build your business around the right customers. The right customer have money, intelligence, or both.
Money: they can pay
Intelligence: they understand the value of your product
Avoid cheap and dumb. They cost you the most and pay you the least
@eftegarie@oldestasian lol, when on his landing page, and eventually got asked if i want free suncreen. would rather expect a discount on the tracker, but sure why not 😁
yes, i can totally relate.
I was in NYC three years ago for a week, and the only thing that impressed me was the architecture which is a legacy from the past.
apart from that I found it hectic, stressful, and colorless. bangkok, hanoi, xiamen, guangzhou feel like amusement parks compared to nyc
Dots are a different beast. They have endless context it seems and are super proactive.
I just replied to an email and attached a doc and it said, there’s another doc you could attach because of this and that reason and it was super helpful
It also handles a bit of cold outreach for me. Sends emails, automatic follow ups a few days later, all on autopilot
@denk_tweets@itsolelehmann@aodhanpmoran@marclou Well, you show your chart over a 5 year span and his growing projects on a 5 months span.
You will have plenty of “declining charts” too if you share some on a 5 months frame
