@CityPowerJhb I’ve phoned 4 times and I’ve been told it’s been escalated. What does that mean?? It’s been 72 hours without electricity, what is happening at this point.
@JHBWater Where are the water tankers, there’s no posting for the roaming tankers. What happened to the tankers that were bought to alleviate these issues. Every time this happens and everyone at joburg water goes radio silent.

@CityPowerJhb Do you guys not work on Sundays? I tried to call your escalations numbers at 9 & again at 9:20 today and it said that the subscriber you tried to dial is unavailable? I’ve had no power for a week now and the teams called out said they need the testing team who doesn’t work weeken
@CityPowerJhb Hi here no this is another issue and has been ongoing since last week Sunday. The team says that the feeder cable must be replaced and that they were waiting for the test team to arrive, which was supposedly yesterday but turns out they were not the test team.
@CityPowerJhb I’ve been told now that the testing division has to come and look at the area box but that they don’t work on weekends or holidays??? We haven’t had power since Sunday and your call centre just says “they don’t have power over other peoples jobs” is this true
