Iran may be overthreading the needle here… they’ve had the United States on the ropes this entire war, but have been unable (or unwilling) to deliver the knockout blow.
That’s dangerous.
After 18 years, it’s time to say goodbye to Chelsea. I arrived as a nine-year-old with a dream, and I leave as a man who’s lived that dream in ways I never imagined. This journey tested me, lifted me, and strengthened me. To every teammate, coach, staff member, and supporter, thank you for shaping me. I gave everything I had, and I’m proud of the person this club helped me become. To the young players: the path won’t always be smooth. But stay ready, stay positive, and keep your faith. God’s timing is always right. Thank you all, truly, with love and gratitude.
''Kenyans are very lucky. They have a President who have sat on the same table with Donald Trump and Emmanuel Macron,'' Prime CS Mudavadi praises President Ruto
One day, this boy will learn that he could have been born into the family of a billionaire and influential political figure, and when he does, he may become deeply resentful of his mother.
Wild animals are dying in our national parks due to cyanide poisoning. It started with Elephants, it's now affecting other animals. Sodium cyanide is used to extract gold during mining, and reports indicate that water sources in Amboseli have been contaminated. Illegal mining is happening in our National parks. Kenyans need to raise their voices. Our wildlife must not be sacrificed to protect the interests of cartels.
He will be the first example that citizens will no longer tolerate a government they fund to kill their children. Boomers and Gen Xers allowed Moi, kibaki and Uhuru to get a way with it. Ruto will be the first time Kenyans say no. You can't overtax us, indebt us and then kill us.
Youth abductions really cost President Ruto the people’s goodwill. The news kept showing mothers crying for their sons on TV , a harsh reminder of KANU days. He has a Herculean task ahead.
@_KemuntoM Sifuna is saying the first thing a government should be judged on is the simple fact that it doesn't kill it's citizens. If that isn't fulfilled all the development talk is bullshit.
@DavidNdii was a big critic of large nonsense infrastructure buildings built through debt while hospitals have no drugs and people have no access to drinking water but now he cites them as evidence that the people who employ him are 'working'. I
What amazes me most about the Linda Mwananchi movement is that they not only listen but also act upon our concerns. I watched a clip of their rally in Taita Taveta where residents were raising concerns on the acute water shortage in the county. Today Sifuna acted upon those concerns and tasked the Senate Committee responsible to investigate and report on why a county that's home to Mzima Springs has a scarcity of water.
This was one of Ruto's campaign promises btw, to channel water into the county from Mzima Springs. He's chosen to build them a stadium instead.

Malava residents in Kakamega County, burnt branded ODM T-shirts and caps following a party rally led by Wycliffe Oparanya. The crowd reportedly set the merchandise on fire after leaders left the venue without providing promised transport facilitation.
Jubilant Uasin Gishu residents poured into the streets to celebrate after a Nakuru court acquitted Senator Jackson Mandago and his two co-accused of all charges relating to the Finland and Canada overseas education programme, with supporters singing, dancing and waving branches in celebration.
The bulk of PSs, CEOs in this government are from Mt Kenya region… but, if by the time they get to 2027 they decide to move out of gov’t, that will be unfortunate- UDA SG Hassan Omar
Another example of why Kenyan leeches are a reflection of a society that got convinced that greed, decadence, and corruption was 'hustling' and 'networks' and so the society never reflects why they elect murderers, thieves, and rapist.
The mention of @reuben_kiborek angers me so deeply, up until today I can’t believe he got away with raping a minor and even got elected as a legislator . This country needs an overhaul!!!
A new Senate Bill has been proposed to require motorists to subject their vehicles to mandatory annual emissions tests before renewing insurance, licensing or inspection certificates.
Those who fail to comply could face fines of up to Sh500,000 or one year in jail.
