White 56-year-old husband and father Fredrick Lytton was working alongside Black 23-year-old Devin Rice at a U-Haul facility in West Nashville.

You already know how this ends.

The two men were reportedly arguing about a soda when Fredrick Lytton turned and walked away from the verbal dispute, returning to his work station. Moments later, Devin Rice walked up behind Lytton, pulled out a handgun, and emptied it into Lytton's back, killing him.

Point blank murder, on the job, in broad daylight, over an argument about a soda that Lytton had already walked away from.

Just look at young Devin's angel face. Who could have possibly predicted that such a sweet boy would have such low impulse control?

It's been a week since this Black-on-White murder and, as usual, zero national coverage. Numerous local media have covered the story. Zero have published the White victim's photograph.

Did a bit of research on this yesterday.

This shootout happened right in front of a Flock camera.

There are 17 other flock-style cameras within a one mile radius of this event. The police have zero suspects, and have made zero arrests almost four days later. Some are owned by Motorola, some are owned by Flock Safety, and some are owned by Axon.

@Flock_Safety and like-minded systems are not about protecting citizens or enforcing the law. They are an attempt to nationalize the HOA system to increase non-tax related revenue from minor infractions in complete violation of every American's 4th Ammendment right.

Your local government doesn't seek to take criminals off of the street. It seeks more money from your wallet now that taxation has reached its natural cap, and the "ALPR" system is how they've elected to increase revenue from fines.

This will become more insidious when city governments start selling off that revenue to foreign nations for fast budget bumps, like when Chicago sold their parking meter revenue over 75 years to Abu Dhabi in 2008.

With a government run surveillance system this large, it should be impossible for crime like this to go unpunished for longer than 12 hours. Since we are not seeing that level of security, we should all believe instead that the system is not about security at all. City and state officials pushing ALPR cameras need to be removed from their office by any means nessecary.

Axeel Melendez was just a 24-year-old guy from Tucson trying to play Rust.

Someone on the server asked if they could inspect his computer to prove he wasn’t cheating. He agreed. Shortly after, hackers gained access to his accounts, stole his personal information, and began blackmailing him. They demanded money and threatened to swat him or call immigration on his family if he refused.

Melendez did the responsible thing. On April 8 he called the Pima County Sheriff’s Department and warned them about the threats. A dispatcher told him that no one could just call SWAT on him and that nothing was going to happen.

Less than 48 hours later, a fake emergency call came in claiming his father had shot his sister. Deputies forced their way into his house, breaking a window with a shovel. Thinking he was being robbed, Melendez grabbed his mother’s legally owned handgun. The deputies opened fire and shot him multiple times.

He is now paralyzed from the chest down.

Melendez and his mother have filed a notice of claim seeking $176 million from Pima County and the Sheriff’s Department, arguing that officials ignored clear warnings that the call was a swatting attempt.

He tried to do everything right. It still cost him the use of his legs.
