@Nowon2w Yes, they do NOT let you go anymore. That stopped in 1947. But they have to restart the process to get a death sentence. Due to the law of it having to be humane.

@diannebdee now, they’ll have to start everything ALL OVER again to get her a new death sentence. She is more likely to die before that happens. So Jail like psych ward and let her go. Not free, but be in the hospital setting.
