Went to the movies last friday.
Scary Movie 6 was alright, didn't hate watching it but would have been fine missing it. 2/5.
Backrooms was really good imo, best horror I've seen in a while. 4/5.
@HetkeBrian@ludwigABAP Whether or not a perfect replica of a human brain would be conscious is an interesting question, one Sci-Fi authors have dined out on for a long time, because we don't know *for sure*. But it is fiction, and it remains fiction, because LLMs work nothing like a human brain.

@slimjimmy Unironically it is understated the influence the pontiac steppe region has had on Europe, be it the actual indo-europeans, the scythians, the huns, the mongols etc. I think we prefer to only think of Rome/Greece because that's "enlightened civilization" but we are also barbarians
