@BrownHospMed It is the gaiter area which gets involved first in venous occlusion disease, these are eczematous changes of the skin but could change to venous ulcers, lipodermatosclerosis depending on degree of occlusion! Refer to CEAP classification

@Radiopaedia Right upper lobe mass lesion? Right mainstem bronchus onstruction leading to wheezing. Might be small cell lung cancer as the mass is increasing in size. Definitely not a benign pulmonary nodule. No history of fever to suggest any infective diagnosis.
