Environmental group with a vision to combat air pollution and particulate matter by Plantations, Food Forests, Rooftop Gardening, Workshops, Recycling &Cleanups
Are We Doing Our Bit?
We belive that we aren't contributing to rise in temperature & climatechange is to blame
But are we saving/planting more
They absorb radiation that heat up the atmosphere
We need them like we need air
They take care if that as well
Contact us to plant trees
Ladies Gents & Climate Warriors
CONTACT us to make a difference in the lives of people
We plant trees to create #foodforests & green the plannet & feed people
Our portfolio includes
Orphanages
Tribals
Farmers
Old Age Homes
Schools
We do this to boosts ecology & biodiversity
Is Solar Radiation Really The Problem?
Although #solarradiation heats up our plannet, it isn't really a problem. The amount of #hydrocarbons burnt leads to particulate matter & tree cover loss is the real reason
Each of us is responsible
We need to #plantmoretrees

More Green Buddies
None of the foodforests created would be possible without help of volunteers believing they can make a difference
They make time!!!
Creating ecosystems requires allot of work & braving the elements. Cheers to all who have made time to protect & spread creation
Every Leaf Counts
Don't Waste Them
They breakdown & form new #soil full of nutrients for plants/trees
So use them & please don't burn them
#compost / #mulch them and the biodiversity around will #love you for it
Record Temperatures In India
Problem: Every Year! Will be the hottest #summer with the loss of #trees
Solution: Plant & Nurture a #tree
Trees provide shade and absorb #uvradiation which heats every surface so #plantmoretrees & look after them
StackUp Diversity
Add diversity to growing system
Orphinage/oldagehome can grow organic, having different fruits& food growing leeding to healthy nutrition &other species like birds& pollinators that are part of diverse ecosystem vital to our surroundings #turningtidefoundation
Trees being cut, poisoned illegally in Borivali west,Ramanlal chawl Mhatrewadi..
Hutments have illegally come up..
Despite of complaints to @mybmc
@mybmcGardens & even after a meeting with @CMOMaharashtra no action taken on this yet.

This is what they are doing to the beautiful area between India Gate & Central Secretariat! Cutting >4000 heritage trees over 100 years old! To pave the way for a megalomaniac Sultan's new residence in a 13,500 Cr project, given emergency nod amidst a raging pandemic!
Species thought to have been extinct have been rediscovered in Aarey, like the Tarantula found after 110 years, the Trapdoor Spider found after 110 years and another Tarantula rediscovered after 100 years

Our continued erosion of wild spaces has brought us uncomfortably close to animals & plants that harbour diseases that can jump to humans. Both Aarey &Sgnp are being encroached upon & destroyed
@AUThackeray@CMOMaharashtra#SaveAareyForest#DeclareAareyAForest
Scientists have said that to prevent further disease outbreaks, destruction of natural world for urbanisation, industrialisation has to end asit drives wildlife into contact with people @AUThackeray@CMOMaharashtra
Please listen to citizens #SaveAareyForest#DeclareAareyAForest
Destruction of natural ecosystems drives wildlife to live close to people. Have we thought about what will happen to the biodiversity & wildlife that exists in Aarey and SGNP once they have been cleared off? @CMOMaharashtra#SaveAareyForest#DeclareAareyAForest
Transmission of disease from wildlife to humans is a hidden cost of human economic development. Yet development continues to be given as excuse to justify decimation of forests like Aarey @OfficeofUT#DeclareAareyAForest#SaveAareyForest
Aarey also acts as a buffer to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park where leopards still prowl in the dark. Take away this place and you are left with ousted and stressed leopards in Mumbai’s backyard @CMOMaharashtra@AUThackeray#DeclareAareyAForest#SaveAareyForest
There are 34 species of wildflowers, 86 species of butterflies, 13 species of amphibians, 46 species of reptiles, many listed under Schedule II of Wildlife Protection Act and 16 species of mammals in Aarey
