I find it difficult to form a close bond with someone who has underdeveloped communication skills and is unwilling to work on them, or lashes out instead of wanting to participate in healthier patterns of dialogue. that’s a pretty firm dealbreaker for me.

@ValerieComplex Day 2 after c-section, I let my pain med lapse to stay with my baby in NICU. We tested to see if baby could latch on and nurse, which he did like a champ, but my uterus contracted heavily. On no meds. I went blind from the pain for a moment.

@SailorAstera My very first "art business" was round about age 8, selling sculpy monsters attached to pins. I'd cover my backpack with them and sell through the day to campers. 100% of my profits were spent at the snack shack, which is probably why the councelors didn't stop me!
