The AI revolution isn't coming.
It already happened and you missed half of it.
I don't think they are all naive. I think this is a case of laziness. The solution you always see them profer is a lazy one. In their solution there is no real sacrifice.
They believe a plastic card will give them what the Chinese have today. Like a freaking plastic card!!!
These people believe that all they need to do is take a shower in the morning of election day, and head out to polling units to vote out a person who forced themselves into power by every means possible through violence, bribery and coercion.
It was in this space we saw a young man k*dnapped and k*lled for selling fish at a low cost in a certain State. Now multiply that State by 36 and replace the fish with Uranium, lithium, iron ore, oil, cheap labor, etc. And these people think they will use plastic card to remove these systems where the players are not just jealous local people trying to protect their stolen wealth but psychotic/neurotic corporations and governments with guns and nukes and a willingness to use them and no conscience for the value of the lives they end up destroying.
These guys think they are fighting one government. They want to use PVC to remove the French government(who are on survival mode and are very desperate and will do anything out of this desperation). They want to use PVC to remove the US (a failing empire who have suffered all sorts of humiliation these past months and are fiercely opposed to having a repeat of China anywhere in the world especially in Africa). They want to use a plastic card to remove Isr*el which is committing one of the most viscous crimes against humanity on Camera for the world to see and are championing further fragmentation of the African Continent...Like PVC?? That their plastic card must be powerful. They want to use PVC to remove traitors in the shape of celebrities, religious leaders, economists and corporations(foreign and domestic) who are benefitting in the millions and billions from the status quo and they think these players will sit down and watch them?
These entities and more are all actors with vested interests in their country whose interests do not include them in any good way.
And these lazy people think they will use PVC to remove all these entities and nothing tells them that what they intend to pay in exchange for their freedom is ridiculously disproportionate to the kind of freedom they want. Freedom is very expensive...Sovereignty is expensive. The price for freedom is red and no it is not plastic.
In the clip below is what Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew had to say on Freedom.
Imho the two best books on Napoleon are these two, both by Stendhal, who actually served his regime and spent a fair amount of time around him (how much exactly is somewhat a question). A rare case of a genius with an inside view of an even greater man.
“Northern Nigeria Is The Problem Of Nigeria. Imagine a Sitting Senator Accommodating Terror!sts, Only For Our Cleric Leaders To Come Out And Defend That Senator. Is That What Islam Teaches Us? I Will Never Be a Part Of This Manipulation Our Scholars Are Doing In Northern Nigeria. I’m Tired Of What Is Happening In The North. When Will Our People Wise Up And Stop Being Fooled By Corrupt Our Leaders Who Use Religion To Manipulate Us?”. ~ Man Cries Out Over The Situation In Northern Nigeria.
“Income tax to be reviewed to 42% in 2027….
The only solution we have right now is to push out this government. We all have to come together as one so we can push tinubu out….
You don’t know the danger ahead of us if tinubu wins the 2027 election….”
- man warns Nigerians aggressively.
Everyone knows Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War”, but few know Rome wrote its own tactical manual too. It was called the “Strategikon”, written by the Eastern Roman emperor and general Maurice roughly 1’400 years ago.
The lessons in the Strategikon shaped the Eastern Roman army for at least 500 years.
The strategies laid out in the book helped the empire defeat powerful enemies again and again. Heraclius used its teachings to reconquer territory lost to the Sassanid Persians, while later emperors used it to defend against the Arabs, the Bulgars, and other invaders.
About 300 years later, Emperor Leo VI updated the Strategikon to include enemies it never mentioned. The update stayed identical to the original in most areas.
Proving that the same fighting principles worked with new weapons and against new enemies.
Today we’ll go through 4 of its core strategies, and how you can apply them in everyday life.

NDIUK RESPONSE: ACCOUNTABILITY IS NOT PERSONAL ATTACK
We’ve seen the response from @BtoPbat defending the Minister of Interior on the UK passport intervention. We want to set our own record straight.
1. Our original complaint was never about attacking Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo as an individual. It was about a backlog in passport issuance for Nigerians in the UK that has gone on for too long, followed by an “intervention” that then charged citizens
extra fees to fix a problem they didn’t create.
2. The argument that operational failures sit with NIS, not the Minister, misses the point of ministerial oversight. The President appoints ministers precisely to coordinate agencies under them and ensure they deliver for Nigerians, including those abroad. When an agency under a ministry fails repeatedly, the buck stops with the person responsible for supervising it. That is not misinformation; that is how accountability works.
3. Today’s exercise in London was reportedly chaotic, people arriving as early as 5am, long queues, applicants turned away over a newly introduced £70 charge they weren’t told about in advance, and reportedly over 200 people being handled by a single machine and one operator. If true, this isn’t a narrative distortion, it’s a service failure on the day, in real time.
4. We agree that any charges, backlog-waiver policy, and turnaround expectations should be published clearly by NIS and the High Commission. We’ve asked for exactly that. Transparency is the minimum, not a concession.
5. Our mandate as NDIUK has never changed: we exist to serve Nigerians in the diaspora, to make sure they can access passports, renew documents, and handle immigration matters without unnecessary suffering. We have no personal quarrel with any official. Our focus is on outcomes for our community.
We renew our call: fix the system, communicate clearly in advance, and don’t make ordinary Nigerians abroad absorb the cost of institutional failure.

Madam Abike, @abikedabiri You can abuse me all you want I don’t care

I can give you a contact number!
They matter more than I do!
There was a time when how a man spoke, dressed, and carried himself mattered.
This is The Ways of a Gentleman.
I write about bringing those standards back through culture, etiquette, and timeless values.
Give me a follow if you believe these standards are worth preserving.
If you ever visit the Nigerian High Commission in London for passport services, you may leave feeling ashamed and deeply frustrated. Elderly Nigerians travelling from as far as Aberdeen, waiting for hours and struggling through a process that feels decades behind the times.
No proper technology. Poor organisation. A dirty environment. Angry crowds. People desperately trying to find shortcuts or even bribe their way through. All this just to renew a passport.
And the painful part? We left Nigeria hoping that some things would be different abroad, yet the same broken mindset follows us.
Nigeria is not working the way it should. But it can change.
Please, when the time comes, vote for competence, character and capacity. Leave tribe and religion aside. Don’t vote for who looks like you or worships like you. Vote for the person who can actually deliver.
I genuinely believe that with the right leadership, Nigeria can look dramatically different in four years.
We deserve better. 🇳🇬
Passport Intervention Centre in Manchester: Nigerians Deserve Better Service.
It is now 11:30 a.m., and people who arrived as early as 9:00 a.m. are still waiting, with nothing happening. This is not the way to treat Nigerians who have taken time off work, travelled long distances, and paid for passport services.
Please, we cannot continue doing things this way. We need proper planning, better organisation, clear communication, and an efficient system that respects people’s time and dignity.
We must move away from the same old ways of doing things and organise these interventions properly. Nigerians in the UK deserve better.
