@bigguysahaj @waitin4agi_ They’re already done reviewing the submissions, which means they haven’t even looked at what we submitted. Honestly, there’s no hope of getting in now. It’s not even about not getting selected. It’s about the submission never being looked at in the first place.

@PariharCodes @waitin4agi_ It's not about being unfair or not getting in. It's the hard truth that after so much effort it was not even looked at. I believe in fellow participants who got selected; their work might have been better than what we submitted.

When a founder hires directly, they look at whether a candidate can actually get the work done. They value diverse experience and figure out how to leverage it for the outcome they need.

HR and hiring teams often play it safe, filtering candidates by rigid checklists.

@tomwillmot I had the same confusion. I’m leaning towards using Work purely for cloud browser access, visual QA, and testing against image references, while using Codex for the actual coding. Feels like a much cleaner workflow.
