@currys have refused to help with our cooker, purchase in March - repaired last week and gone wrong again already! Apparently we cannot have a return and refund as it’s against their policy.

@currys Bought a Hisense cooker four months ago (3mths & 27 days -27/3/26) Front left hob already packed up. Repair arranged. Engineer didn’t turn up!

I don’t want a repair, I want a refund now! 4mths and faulty already does not bode well for the future!!

@skytv signed up an received your puck yesterday! Plugged in and instantly freezes on main screen. Spent over 1.5 hours on phone to support. They tell me it can take up to 7 days for it to work!!!!

Refuse to replace the puck. They say it’s my broadband- rubbish.

@ClimateWarrior7 Ignore the comments, it is real! I bought 3 large pillar candles from Tesco, bought 3 breeze blocks and placed it all in oven trays - whole house heated within minutes! 😉

Failing that, put the candle next to the curtains and within minutes the whole house is roasting!

I developed a heart condition that hosp said is down to mould.

Landlord now says mould is in insulation in cavity wall and they’ve found damp in whole of house walls now. We have to move out while they fix it.

My wifes very worried they won’t allow us back! Is she right to be?

Two years ago, we had mould work done by our landlord in our kitchen. It was due to badly placed insulation in the loft (bungalow). I questioned mould behind cupboards, they said no chance. Anyway roll on to now, mould found behind cupboards and BAD.
