A journey that started as a rough patch, one I was unsure of…
I sat with my thought and eventually fell in love with books and literature.

"I'm surprised at the Muslim who doesn't pray Fajr but wakes up in time for his job. He goes out to seek provision, forgetting his provider".
Stand up and observe your fajr.
May Allah make Solat easy for us...
Amin🙏🙏
They say;
Share your win, so the world can be reminded of how far you’ve come 🤌
Thereby, making you celebrate your win and pulling the “I am not doing well enough” to- “This is nice, I just have to do better” creed. Alhamdullilah for the lessons, the growth and the outcome…
Yesterday, while I was performing my Umrah, I was doing Tawaf alongside a sister, she’s very young from what is obvious. From her supplications, I realised that she is a widow.
She was praying to Allah to soften the hearts of her late husband’s relatives, so they would give her and her children their rightful share of her late husband’s property.
One line from her prayers that stuck in my head. She said, “Allah, I don’t want to fight them. I don’t have the strength to. Please, take from them what belongs to me and my children, and give it to us.”
She was also praying for her late husband. Her prayers were so heartfelt. She asked Allah to give the reward of her Umrah to her husband, she said she missed her husband so much, she kept saying his name, her eyes were tearful.
She looked so tired and exhausted. I prayed for her, that Allah ease her affairs.
Dear in-laws, please for Allah’s sake, stop stressing the widows and the orphans of your late sons. It’s unfair, it’s injustice.
I painted this in 2020, and this is the second time I am posting it again on this space.
If you are seeing this, please spare a sec to appreciate my painting 🙏🏾🥹

📚 BACK TO SCHOOL, BACK TO HOPE💙
Every child deserves the opportunity to return to school feeling prepared, confident, and hopeful for the future. 🤍
Education is more than just going to school,it is a chance to learn, grow, dream, and build a better tomorrow.
We had the Green club week University of Ilorin (Unilorin): Dedicated to promoting environmental awareness, climate change advocacy and community impact.
Few things I'd never forget from that experience is:
✍️ Most times, the people who need to be involve are right around us;
Not related though.
We were on ward rounds one day in a surgical unit. I was in front as always and with my clerking notes, always ready to attempt percussions. This man literally percussed the hell out of me, and Alhamdulillah I answered to my best ability. Boom, he turned to…
Hey liar,
These are the last words of the prophet (peace be upon him):
Right before he passed away, his final advice to the people was about keeping up with prayer and taking care of the vulnerable.
He kept repeating, "The prayer, the prayer, and fear Allah concerning those whom your right hands possess."
Then in his very last breath, he looked up and said, "O Allah, with the Highest Companion."
In his last breath, he focused on the most important things. Guard your connection with God, and be good to the people under you.
You are a foolish liar. Get a life.
Some stories aren't just painted; they're lived.
This artwork found me in Osogbo and I had my feel of the experience, standing within it felt like becoming part of a story much older than myself, a story of resilience, artistry, and cultural heritage

Be at peace with them when they choose otherwise. Remember past is a chapter, not the whole story. Turn the page, embrace the present, and give yourself permission to grow into the person you are becoming.

✍️ Practice meditation and forgiveness as a gift to yourself first then to others and don't wait to get an apology before doing the right thing; be the bigger person, apologize if wrong or communicate the feeling regardless of the other person’s attitude.
