Still doesn’t prove they’re native as much as it proves the Kanto trio were native given they’re also handed out in both XY and ZA and are ‘wild’ in ZA

The Kalos starters and Kanto, so if you want to count the ‘wild’ status of Lumiose City then there’s more evidence for the Kanto starters to be native to Kalos
