@AmericanAir this is so difficult because i usually fly @SouthwestAir and their service is TOPNOTCH. if they change a flight or a flight is cancelled i can make changes on my phone. this is the second flight overseas that i have to wait for @AmericanAir to resolve

3 hour hold time on @AmericanAir . you changed my flight and now I have to wait 3 hours to talk to you about a flight change that you made. your online system wont let me make the change.

@isitis if you develop an app and are in alpha/beta or you already have the app in the wild then please for the love of everything go sit in a senior center and have the residents use the app. #VCS stop funding apps /services that dont have a decent UX. the apps will fail

stop paying developers 500k for a stupid app that has limited functionality. instead, pay them 200k, and hire some decent UX people that have just as much say in the app as the overpriced developer
