Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde’s official bungalow premises at Byculla is set for another round of upgrade, this time it’s bio-absorbent noise barrier panels, fabrication and installation of container-based structure to house a conference hall, complete with interior and exterior finishing works & furniture.

The current official residence, located within Rani Baug, is a heritage structure built in 1931, spread over nearly 6,000 sq ft, featuring teak wood construction and a tiled roof. In April this year, already around ₹2.39 crore was spent on the upgradation of the same bungalow. More below 👇🏻

First, Shiv Sena’s Deputy Mayor Sanjay Ghadi asked for a bungalow because his back hurts from travelling between Dahisar and BMC Headquarters. Now Mayor Ritu Tawde is seeking ₹2.89 crore for sound barriers to be installed so she can get a sound sleep.

Isn’t the Mayor’s heritage bungalow located inside the Veermata Jijabai Bhosale Botanical Garden and Zoo (commonly known as Byculla Zoo) in Byculla, South Mumbai? Isn’t living inside a garden peaceful enough?

And she has only recently spent ₹4 crore on the interiors. The basics are fine, but do these kinds of demands fit the BJP’s agenda and principles?

In a city where ordinary residents routinely manage sleep amid festival processions and urban noise, the scale and nature of these requests invite scrutiny and raised eyebrows.

If I don’t get sleep it is because—

I haven’t worked hard the whole day; just sat on one chair and ordered meals and watched TV and did time pass.

If this problem persists, I should immediately consult a therapist and sort my personal life , if it is disturbed due to any issues!

ये कलकत्ता के जमींदार की विधवा थी! 1793 से 1863 तक के जीवन काल में, रानी रासमणि जी ने इतना यश कमाया है, कि इनकी बड़ी बड़ी प्रतिमाऐं दिल्ली और शेष भारत में लगनी चाहिए थी!

रानी रासमणि जी कैवर्त जाति की थी, जो आजकल अनुसूचित जाति में सम्मिलित है!

भारत के चाटुकार इतिहासकारों ने "रानी रासमणि" को अपेक्षित सम्मान नहीं दिया!

ज़िले ज़िले में थर्ड क्लास कॉलेज भरे पड़े हैं जहाँ तीन साल के लिए छात्रों को बंद कर उनकी क्षमता ख़त्म की जाती है। छात्राएँ वाक़ई मेहनत करती हैं कि किसी तरह गैप कम हो सके, दिन रात पढ़ती हैं लेकिन परीक्षा से पहले उनकी शिक्षा का घटिया स्तर बर्बाद कर चुका होता है। आप हिन्दी प्रदेश के किसी भी ज़िले के किसी कॉलेज में जाकर पढ़ाई का हाल देख लीजिए। इन बच्चों को पता ही नहीं कि अच्छा कॉलेज क्या होता है, अच्छा प्रोफ़ेसर क्या होता है। और अब तो धर्म और संस्कृति के नाम पर पढ़ाने वाले अपना विषय छोड़ कर टाइम काट रहे हैं। इस पतन को कोई ठीक नहीं कर सकता। भयानक रूप से उनके सपनों की हत्या कर दी गई है। अदाणी पूर्व NDTV में मैंने ऐसे ही कई ज़िलों की यूनिवर्सिटी और कॉलेज पर सीरीज़ की थी। आज भी कोई सुधार नहीं है। एक दिन नहीं कई हफ़्ते तक इसी पर वीडियो बनाया था जब गोदी मीडिया रिया चक्रवर्ती को अपराधी बताने के लिए हफ़्तों कवरेज करता था। अफसोस कि हिन्दी प्रदेश के बच्चों को शिक्षा ने ही बर्बाद किया हैं। मंदिर के भरोसे सपना देख रहे थे वहां चंदे चढ़ावे में ही चोरी हो गई। इनका क़सूर नहीं। काश कोई इन्हें अच्छी शिक्षा देता तो यही विद्यार्थी भारत में कमाल करते और भारत दुनिया में ।

आप सोच रहे होंगे कि तिवारी जी में प्रतिभा कूट-कूट के भरी होगी तभी जिस भी एग्जाम में बैठते उसको क्रैक कर लेते हैं। है न??
लेकिन ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं है... दरअसल बात कुछ ऐसी है कि जो क्वेश्चन पेपर बनाये, वहीं जांचे और रिजल्ट आगे फॉरवर्ड करे और वही व्यक्ति परीक्षा में परीक्षार्थी बन के बैठे तो क्या होगा ?? बिल्कुल टॉपर ही न निकलेगा भाई ?

तिवारी जी TDPL (TSR Data Processing Private Limited) के मार्केटिंग मैनेजर है। ये वही एजेंसी है जिसको JPSC और JSSC के परीक्षा संचालन करने का ठेका दिया गया है। अभय कुमार तिवारी जी की दाद देनी पड़ेगी कि मनोज कुमार तिवारी नाम से परीक्षाओं में बैठता था और सफलताओं के झंडे गाड़ता था। टीडीपीएल का मार्केटिंग मैनेजर सह ऑथोराइज़्ड रिप्रेजेंटेटिव होने के बावजूद भी ये एग्जाम में बैठता था। हाउ स्मार्ट ही इज ??

ओएमआर आंसर शीट्स की प्रोसेसिंग के दौरान हस्तक्षेप। इसके टीम में प्रोग्रामर के रूप में मोहम्मद इबाद और मोहम्मद उस्मान थे। डिजिटल मूल्यांकन और शीट्स की प्रोसेसिंग में ये लोग हस्तक्षेप करते थे। फिर शॉर्टलिस्ट कैंडिडेट के लिस्ट में अपने कैंडिडेट्स के नाम शामिल करते थे जो इन्हें पैसे दिए होते थे।

ये लोग कैंडिडेट्स से प्रिलिम्स के लिए 5 लाख और फाइनल सेलेक्शन के लिए 25 लाख रुपये तय किये हुए थे। मेंस एग्जाम से पहले 10 लाख रुपया जमा करना अनिवार्य था। फिर सेलेक्शन के बाद फुल पेमेंट।
सेलेक्शन के बाद कैंडिडेट कहीं बदल या मुकर न जाय उसके लिए भी फुल प्रूफ प्लान रखते थे। ये कैंडिडेट्स से सारे ओरिजनल सर्टिफिकेट्स, कैंसिल चेक और कोरे स्टाम्प कागज पे हस्ताक्षर करा के अपने पास रख लेते थे।

JSSC CGL-2023 के फाइनल रिजल्ट में कुल 1932 छात्र सेलेक्ट हुए थे। उसमें से तिवारी जी का रैंक नम्बर 2 था। इसी परीक्षा में इसका भाई और इसकी पत्नी ने सफलता अर्जित की थी। हाउ स्वीट न..?
तिवारी जी स्वयं और इसकी बीवी और भाई को छोड़ दे तो 1929 कैंडिडेट में कितनों जनों के ऊपर तिवारी जी की कृपा बरसी होगी, कुछ अंदाज लगा सकते है आप लोग ??

तिवारी जी की सेटिंग राज्य से केंद्र तक इतनी तगड़ी सेटिंग थी कि मत पूछो.. कोई भी एग्जाम हो तिवारी गर फॉर्म भरे हो और उसमें पास न हुए वो भी रैंक होल्डर के साथ तो ये हो ही नहीं सकता।
इतना नोट छाप लिए है कि गिनना मुश्किल।
