The Dornakal Junction–Bhadrachalam Road doubling project cannot be delayed any further. Despite land acquisition being completed, the pace of work remains unacceptable.

We strongly demand that @RailMinIndia and @SCRailwayIndia immediately accelerate the pending works, deploy additional manpower and resources, and ensure completion by December 2027.

The delay is severely affecting passenger services, coal transportation and the economic growth of the entire Bhadradri region. The people deserve clear timelines and monthly progress reports.

#KAZIPET RAILWAY DIVISION: A PROMISE BETRAYED BY ALL POLITICAL PARTIES.

An official Right to Information (RTI) response from the Ministry of Railways (dated July 31, 2026) has exposed the stark reality regarding the long-standing demand for a Kazipet Railway Division:

***"At present, there is no proposal for creation of new division at Kazipet under consideration."**

Despite #Kazipet being one of Southern India's most critical railway junctions—boasting operational loco sheds, extensive track capacity, and a strategic location on the Grand Trunk route—the central demand remains completely unaddressed by policymakers.

Every major political party in Telangana—**BJP, INC, and BRS**—along with the political leadership of the Warangal region, shares responsibility for this continued failure.

1. BJP & Union Government: Absolute Neglect.

* **Ignoring Criteria:** Kazipet easily satisfies operational necessity and infrastructure requirements for a divisional headquarters. Why does the Railway Board maintain that no proposal is even under active consideration?
* **Local Leadership Failure:** Despite electoral victories and central cabinet presence from Telangana, BJP leaders have failed to secure an official cabinet approval or file initiation for the Kazipet Division.

2. Congress (INC): Ineffective Advocacy

Lack of Pressure:Despite governing Telangana and holding key parliamentary seats in the region, Congress leaders have failed to exert the necessary pressure on New Delhi to turn this demand into an official government agenda.
Declarations vs. Results.
Press releases and token letters yield no outcome. Where is the aggressive floor strategy in Parliament to hold the Railway Ministry accountable?

3. BRS: Ten Years of Posturing.

Unfulfilled Promises:
BRS held power in Telangana for nearly a decade with substantial parliamentary representation, yet failed to secure the division during their tenure.
Belated Letters:Raising representations and writing letters to the Railway Minister only after moving into the opposition does not absolve past inaction.

Train No. 12735/12736 Charlapalli–Yesvantpur–Charlapalli Garib Rath Express should be extended up to Kazipet Junction to improve rail connectivity for passengers from Kazipet, Hanamkonda, Warangal and surrounding regions.
